Raw Buckwheat Pancakes

Instructions

  • Add dry ingredients first to a food processor and create a flour, then add the banana.

  • Spread spoonfuls of the mixture onto a teflex lined dehydrator sheet and dehydrate on low for a few hours or until the pancakes peel off.
  • Add your favorite toppings, such as fruit, blended date sauce, or raw probiotic yogurt.
